GENERAL

WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED?

Most of the branded products on the site are custom-made in the UK on demand which allows us to be more flexible on prices to our customers, keep warehouse costs down and also allows us to experiment more with our design range and give you the customer a wider range of products. We also source some of our products come from suppliers and manufacturers located around the world and we use a handful of reliable suppliers from the USA, Europe and China. These suppliers delivery times can vary somewhat, and if you order two items which come from different suppliers they will be delivered in separate parcels, but we do our utmost best to ensure your products are delivered to you as fast as possible.


WHY DOES MY GARMENT SMELL SOMEWHAT OF VINEGAR?

We advise you to wash the garment before wearing, you might detect a vinegar smell from the product, don’t worry this goes after the first wash. It is the DTG fixation agent we use for our eco-friendly inks to cure the print to the garment, this is sadly unavoidable but the smell will disappear after the first wash. 


WHY IS MY GARMENT SO CREASED WHEN IT ARRIVED?

We advise you to wash garment before wearing, as we also try to whenever we can to post your order in plastic-free packaging to help do our bit for the planet, this sometimes results in garments becoming unavoidably creased during transit, so a first wash and iron is advised, remember though avoid ironing the print itself.


WHY DOESN'T MY GARMENT LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE PRODUCT PREVIEW IMAGE?

Due to the fact, our allover print products are manufactured using a cut and sew technique, meaning each piece of the garment is printed individually before being sewed together. This involves each garment getting a perfect quality print allover with no white marks as each piece can be laid flat for perfect printing coverage of the fabric. This printing method, however, will make each garment parts like sleeves and collars if not a repeated pattern match up slightly different from product to product, with the fact we print onto different size garments also it would be impossible to make each cut and sew product look identical. We do ensure though that each allover print garment will be constructed and printed perfectly to each closely match what you see on screen and you will have a unique piece of wearable art.


WHY ARE THE ALLOVER PRINT PRODUCTS MORE EXPENSIVE THAT YOUR OTHER REGULAR GRAPHIC GARMENTS?

Due to the fact, we physically make each order on demand and therefore each allover garment is printed using the industry standard allover printing method with having each piece of the garment made from scratch and individually printed on before constructed and sewed together. This ensures you get a high quality printed garment with total coverage of print as opposed to lots of inferior printed allover printed manufacturers who simply print on garment blanks, this method is considerably cheaper to produce but you will get defects and white marks where the garment couldn’t be totally flat when printed.

HOW SHOULD I WASH MY GARMENT?

We always advise washing your garment first when you receive it.

Washing: Wash inside out with cold setting (max 30C or 90F) with similar colours using a gentle cycle.

Ironing: If ironing is necessary, iron inside-out on the lowest setting and don't iron over the print.

Drying: Hang-dry only, do not tumble dry.

Do Nots: Never use bleach, never dry clean and never tumble dry.

Shrinking with our shirts is extremely minimal.

SHIPPING

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Our shipping fees all depend on the weight of the order and your location, we advise you please use the checkout calculator in the cart to work out shipping costs to your country and zip code. We, however, offer Free UK Shipping when spending ÂŁ70 or more and Free everywhere else when spending ÂŁ100 or more.

If you are a customer from outside the EU you will be responsible for any custom fees and VAT taxes specific to your country. Sadly these fees are out of our hands and you would have to contact your own countries import and export customs department to find out about any charges that may occur. Please be aware of these fees before purchasing.


DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We do yes, we ship worldwide.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR SHIPPING?

UK – (3-5 days production + 2-3 business days shipping) *Please allow up to 10 business days

Europe – (3-5 days production + 5-15 business days shipping) *Please allow up to 20 business days

US – (3-5 days production + 15-20 business days shipping) *Please allow up to 30 business days

Rest of the World – (3-5 days production + 15-20 business days shipping) *Please allow up to 30 business days

Shipping may be slightly longer over the festive period and bank holidays.

HAS MY ITEM BEEN SHIPPED YET, I'VE RECEIVED NO CONFIRMATION?

If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within 2 weeks of placing your order please contact us with a quick explanation and order number at info@idleuwi.com


MY ORDER STILL HASN'T ARRIVED?

If your order has not arrived this may be due to things like shipping delays or because you are in a more isolated area of your country. Please let us know and we’ll look into it for you as swiftly as possible as something must of occurred during transit.


WILL I GET CHARGED CUSTOM FEES?

If the item is located outside of your country it’s a possibility yes. Sadly these fees are out of our hands and you would have to contact your own countries import and export customs department to find out about any charges that may occur. Please be aware of these fees before purchasing.


WILL MY ITEM GET TO ME BEFORE CHRISTMAS?

During the Christmas period, shipping is often pushed to full capacity so please allow plenty of extra time to make up for this and purchase as early as possible to save disappointment.


DO YOU DELIVER TO PO BOX NUMBERS?

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to PO Box numbers at this time.


DOES SHIPPING COME WITH TRACKING?

Tracking might not always be available for every order no. If it is though, it will be provided to you in an e-mail confirming your order has been shipped.

ORDERING

MY ITEM IS A DIFFERENT COLOUR THAN WHAT I ORDERED?

Please be aware that minor differences with colours do occur when printing on various handmade textiles and products, so colours may appear different on certain screens as each screen device represents colour differently. This cannot be avoided that some items may appear slightly off colour from what you may be expecting, this however, cannot be considered a defect as its all part of the nature of hand-made custom printed products and goes into making each garment or piece that bit more special and unique.


HOW SECURE IS YOUR SITE TO BUY FROM?

We use Paypal and Stripe Payments to take care of our online transactions. Both companies use industry-leading technology and highly secure servers to keep all information secure. All info is then stored behind an electronic firewall that actually isn’t itself connected to the internet at all and only has access via authorized computers. No payment information is stored on our site.


WHAT FORM OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We gladly accept all major credit cards and debit cards.


WHAT CURRENCIES DO YOU ACCEPT?

We currently offer some customers to pay now for their orders and receive refunds in their local currency. Currencies we offer GBP, EUR, USD, AUD, NZD, CAD, SGD, JPY, HKD. Any customer not from these countries will be defaulted to UK's GBP and charged in pounds sterling. 


HAS MY ORDER BEEN ACCEPTED?

We may refuse to accept an order:

a. Where goods are not available.

b. Where we cannot obtain authorization for your payment.

c. If there has been a pricing or product description error.

d. If you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.

*Please note orders are not legally-binding until the customer has received an email confirming an order has been dispatched and we reserve the right to refuse an order. Also, customers must be over 18 years of age to purchase from our site.


HOW DO I VIEW AN ORDER?

Simply click on your basket at the top to view your order/s before going to pay.


HOW DO I UPDATE MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION?

You can easily update your account information simply by logging into your account at the top right with the username and password you were given when you created the account.

RETURNS

MY ITEM HAS ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT DO I DO?

If this situation happens to you we apologize firstly for the inconvenience, these things are rare but as with all retail, it does occasionally happen when something goes through quality control checks when it should have been picked out or something gets damaged in transit. Please we ask you to photograph the item within 24 hours of delivery and email the photo as an attachment and a quick explanation of details and order number to returns@idleuwi.com

Please hold on to all the original packaging so that we can process your return successfully. If you receive a product that is really not as you hoped, please get in touch with us and we will do our best to make it right.

We will refund shipping on a faulty product or wrong item sent.


DID YOUR ITEM GET DAMAGED DURING OR AFTER WASHING?

We advise following closely to our washing guide.

Washing instructions: 30 wash only with similar colours, wash inside out, never iron the print, only iron inside out on low heat, never tumble dry, never dry clean and never bleach.

NOTE: Please be aware we cannot offer any refund on items that become damaged during a wash that you failed to follow instructions.


WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG SIZE, COLOUR OR ITEM PURCHASED?

If this situation happens to you we apologize firstly for the inconvenience, these things are rare but as with all retail, it does occasionally happen when something goes through quality control checks. Get in touch with us at returns@idleuwi.com and state your name, address and order number and we will discuss your specific case.

We will refund shipping on a faulty product or wrong item sent.


HOW DO I GET A REFUND OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

Please get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving item(s).

You may with pleasure return or exchange your item if you can return them back to us within 28 days of receiving item(s), but you will be responsible for delivery costs and related shipping charges if any at customs.

You are responsible for return shipping costs depending on where you are located. Proof of postage will be required.

We sadly do not refund shipping costs on changing your mind or you ordering the wrong size. We will refund shipping however on a faulty product or wrong item sent.

All returned products should remain unworn, unwashed, with their original tags and in original packaging.
